Boost your team morale
Written by katie test davis
Your team is (understandably) dragging.
You can feel them losing sight of your “why” amidst the chaos and changing priorities.
Team meetings are downbeat and everything feels… hard.
You’re not alone. We’re hearing it from organizations just like yours across the country.
That’s why we designed a special menu of 2026 trainings that naturally foster team connection and positivity.
The ultimate success metric is that your team walks away feeling energized, hopeful, and clear on their priorities and vital role in the organization’s future.
Here are a few options for a morale-boosting team training. (Psst – don’t worry, if these don’t feel quite right for your particular team, we can design a custom training just for you.)
Success Analysis: Instead of a standard post-mortem on what went wrong, we flip the script and lead a “Success Analysis.” We dissect your team’s biggest wins from last year to find your “secret sauce.” Praise, laughter and a side dish of data-backed success metrics. What more could you ask for?
Sustainable High Performance: We teach your teammates how to manage their energy, not just their time. We also help them learn how to reprioritize the work when… well… shift happens. You walk away with better boundaries and a methodology to help you prioritize.
What You Should Know About Me: It’s probably been a while since you all checked in about what works for your team dynamics… and what doesn’t. In this “getting to know you” session, we help your team talk about how to get the best out of each other, and how to avoid what brings out the worst. (For example, this training is how we decided to start No Call Fridays at Forthright – making our whole team significantly happier and more productive, too.) You walk away feeling closer and energized.
Productivity and the Creative Process: We’ll work through the science of "Flow:” the psychological state where work feels effortless and time vanishes. The team identifies your "Flow Blockers" in your current culture, such as too many Slack interruptions or useless meetings. We then co-design a "Deep Work Protocol." This is a set of team agreements that protect your (precious) creative time.
